DrsmurfIn Kazakhstan, a lot of vendors use Telegram for their business, but it seems like everyone is under surveillance, except for those who use drop registrations and equipment. Or maybe these authorities profit from it

When people buy off Telegram, is the system purely trust based? There isnt an escrow service or anything in place correct?
